We currently operate in Ruiru Kamakis, with a growth strategy focused on emerging areas like Nanyuki, Naivasha, and Lukenya. Our projects are designed for families, diaspora buyers, youth investors, and chamas looking for clarity and control in land acquisition.

OUR STORY
We didn't start BigWorth because we loved land. We started it because we knew what it felt like to have none.
One of us moved from house to house as a child living with relatives, never fully settling, learning too early that not every place is safe, and not every home feels like home.
The other spent years wishing for a place to simply belong, a corner of the world to call her own, because home isn't just a place, it's peace of mind.
Later, we joined real estate. We saw the hesitation in people's eyes. We heard the fear in their voices. "What if this is a scam?" "Will I really get the title?" "Is this another con?"
